Ep. 11: Leading From Within: The Importance of Character in Leadership U Good, Bro?!

    • Sociedad y cultura

It is said that "If everything rises and falls on leadership... I promise that every leader rises and falls on character." True or false? When you think of the greatest leaders that the Most High has blown breathe into their lungs to create, what stands out? High moral standards? An uncompromising sense of integrity? It all seems good right? But what about the unfortunate fall of our greatest leaders? What did they lack? In what areas were they not disciplined? Who besides themselves have suffered because of their poor leadership and character? Are they even still considered leaders? Does one's ability to have great character also call into question one's ability to have the capacity to lead in greatness? During this episode we dive deep into the many questions surrounding leadership, character and the impact that they both have on our personal and professional lives as Black men.
