Have you ever sat with yourself after a break up and wondered how the hell you ended up dating that person in the first place????? 😂😂😂😂😂. That was me in April after ending things with someone I was involved with for a few months. What started as a break up that had been long overdue ended up being a long period of reflection and realising that I have let my fear of abandonment influence my actions in both romantic and platonic relationships for the longest time. Because I wanted to dig deep and be truly vulnerable without dodging questions, I let my best friend Angelus interview me for this episode. We did not hold back and our hearts felt truly full afterwards. I hope you guys enjoy every single second of this!! Hi my loves! This episode is more goal-oriented because I talk about my ambitions for 2022 and how I think I performed throughout the year. Whenever we make vision boards at the start of the year, we imagine all our dreams coming true exactly how we picture it...but life doesn't unfold like that, does it? Hahaha. You get to hear all about how vision boards work and the best time in the year to start creating yours. Yes, I still believe in vision boards hahaha. I also talk about how life events like sickness, break ups, and losing your job or poor mental health can affect your goals and put you off-track. I also celebrate some great achievements I had in 2022, especially on the personal front. Listen in!! Xx.

I have missed you guys sooooo much omg! I decided to do this episode as a follow up to the last one I did...Sort of like a "Here's What You Missed..."
