    It is looking at your self talk, is it negative or positive?
    Do you need outside validation to move forward with your life or task.

    When people put you down, they are often doing it so they feel like they are better than you, or that you can't do it because they are unable to do it themselves. If you can be better at a task than they are, then they can feel worse because of your success. If they keep you down, or stop you from bettering yourself, then you can't be better than them, so therefore you stay at their level and their self esteem rises.

    You need to make it about you, what you want and need in your life. Be positive to yourself, and don't let others control you.

    Keith talks about awareness, what it is and how to react to it.

    There are many people who try to influence your decisions based on what they would do and how they live their life. When we follow the advice of others, it often makes them happy that you use their advice wisely. However, you and your life can be quite different to theirs and the decisions you make need to be based on you and your lifestyle.

    Be positive to yourself, not negative towards others, in your effort to be true to yourself and your life purpose.

    Guilt is a tool that many use to make you feel bad if you don't listen to what they want you to do.
