    Okay so day 5 update!

    Tiredness has improved immensely! My nausea seems to have gone along with my headache and my evilness! If you are just tuning in I recommend you listen to the previous episodes so you know what I am talking about.

    So as one or more things go away other things come along. Just as I thought I thought things were improving. My headache had gone as had the nausea and tiredness but then something else enveloped me today and I was an emotional wreck.

    Episode 8 Celery Cleanse Day 4

    Episode 8 Celery Cleanse Day 4

    So this is an update on day 4 of the celery challenge.

    If you heard the podcast yesterday you will know I didn’t have a great day and on day4 my detox symptoms have intensified.

    The overwhelming tiredness and lethargy is still there. But on top of that I have nausea, my stomach feels like it is swimming a little and the mornings juice was really hard to swallow for me.

    I have now discovered the best way to drink my juice is fast. I don’t mean that I down it in one but my intention is to finish it by the time I have finished cleaning the blender and chopping board etc and before I sit down at my desk.

    That way it is out of the way quickly. I don’t enjoy drinking it so getting it out of the way is best for me.

    So I didn’t do an update yesterday because I felt there wasn’t much to update.

    I made my juice using the blend method and a few hours later I was on the toilet. Taste didn’t really improve and no other side effects that I noticed

    Day 3 however was a completely different matter! Find out all about it....

    Today I wanted to tell you about a little experiment I am trying. I am about to start the celery juice challenge.

    Some of you may have already heard about the alleged benefits of celery juice but if you haven’t, here is a bit of background.
