Today the team talk about group facilitation in line with our NCS School Support programme. 

We explore our various approaches and previous experience being in front of large groups of people while conveying information that we believe in. We explore some of the challenges inherent in managing the space and what things we can do to be as effective as possible.     

 Later, we talk about the impact the second lockdown has had on the School Support delivery, our thoughts on the future and discuss the recent news of a possible vaccine.
