The Graduate Biology Student Association (GBSA) consists of aspiring scientists that work in research labs that provide them with the experience necessary to conduct scientific research and advance in the scientific community. When they are not conducting experiments in the lab or studying for graduate courses, they are volunteering at elementary science fairs, attending professional conferences, presenting their work, & dedicating their time to teaching undergraduate labs. Their goal is to provide the students with the best instruction possible.

They also are responsible for the wonderful displays found on the first floor of the Biology Building. GBSA is also involved with the promotion of the graduate programs the Biology Department offers to prospective students.
