ウナギの規制拡大案否決　日本の主張認める―ワシントン条約会議

ウナギの全種規制について議論するワシントン条約締約国会議の委員会、２７日、ウズベキスタン・サマルカンド【ロンドン時事】ウズベキスタンで開催中の、絶滅の恐れがある野生動植物の国際取引を規制するワシントン条約の締約国会議は２７日の委員会で、ニホンウナギを含むウナギ属全種を輸出入の規制対象に加える改正案を否決した。 Signatories to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, known as the Washington convention, voted at a committee meeting on Thursday to reject a proposal to restrict the trade of all eel species, including the Japanese eel.
