This week on the show Maine, Emil, and Austin recap 2019.  We talk about the top 10 matches of the year some honorable mentions as well as are personal highlights and low lights of the year.  

In the new section of the show we talk about Cyborg being scheduled to have open-heart surgery in 2020. Tap cancer out donating 870k to Alex’s lemonade stand. Mateus lutes black belt promotion.  Gi Mendes becoming a US citizen.

Victor Hugo vs. Nicholas Meregali announced for The Who’s #1 event; Plus Maine’s Interview with the BJJ Brick Podcast.  

We recap the co-main and main event for Submission Underground 10 (SUG) headline by Gordon Ryan vs. Gabriel Gonzaga, and Craig Jones versus Gilbert Burns.  With both matches ending in under a minute due to heel hook.
