TRUST THE SCIENCE? (WHERE THEY AT?)
Txnic is here to represent those that are aware of the environment and conditions put into place to hinder the growth of humanity. In an attempt to spread that awareness, Txnic feels like he needs "pliers" to get into the minds of his listeners and colleagues. BanditoBeatz curated this instrumental perfectly to compliment the current state or dark and airy.
The effort is what counts right? -
Own Code
The song “Own Code” is an expression of his life’s blueprint. He brings a touch of Caribbean influence and hip hop finesse in his voice and lyrics. Combining his experiences in his hometown St.Vincent and current residency in Toronto, he ultimately creates his very own code.
“It's about having a moral compass and being firm in knowing who you are and what you represent,” Txnic says. “The concept is understanding your purpose and how your actions affect other people. As a man, there’s a certain responsibility to lead, protect, and look out for the people around you. I’ve grown to be that guy.” -
Done Know (2am Freestyle)
Txnic and Dor collaborates for a fresh new single, 2AM Freestyle. The name is self explanatory, Dor sent the pack at 12:47am, by 2:48 am Txnic responded with the audio piece that you are listening to right now.
The song expresses Txnic's feeling of neglect by his peers and others within the industry due to his low-key persona, and longterm vision with perfecting his craft. Dor swoops in with a perfect set up sharing a beat that resembles a 90s freestyle sound with his new school approach to sound selection.
This is just the beginning for these two, stay tuned.
