On this weeks episode, we're joined by guest Ryan Smitas and hear his thoughts on the highly anticipated 30 for 30 Long Gone Summer detailing the 1998 home run race. The guys also get into the current chaos of the MLB and its plan for return, along with the new details about the 'bubble' for the NBA's return in Orlando. With a spin on the Top 10 this week, Ryan presents his top 10 list of the best athletes not in the hall of fame and Big Al and Xerox give their thoughts.

Its been a few weeks, but the 7th floor podcast is back again! Xerox and Big Al dive in to the recent sports news from the last few weeks with plans to return for both the NBA and NHL. The MLB still struggles to establish a plan to return, though they seem optimistic. They then give their top 10 list of athletes to never win a ring, and finally wrap things up with an interesting look at the 8 teams that won't be returning to NBA action this season. Of those 8 teams, they identify their best players and what team still in action would hypothetically make a good fit.

Big Al and Xerox keep it simple this week and kick it off discussing any and all updates in the sports world, such as seeing another live event this past week with the skins golf match in Florida. You'll also hear a list of some the best/worst/most controversial trades of all time (one may involve trading a legend for being able to fund a musical), building our ideal NBA squad with $15, and then capping things off with our final discussion about The Last Dance.

Fun discussions and debates surround ESPN's recent top 74 all time NBA players, creating the ideal MLB player, along with reminiscing back to our youth days and the top 10 athletes that we all looked up to and wanted to become. Of course to close things out, we discuss what may be the biggest thing happening in the sports world, The Last Dance.

In this weeks podcast, the 7th Floor Podcast sees our first guests on the show, Sebastian Becerra (Besay) and Michael Formella. For those who don't know, Big Al and Besay at Marquette University was where both Big Al and Xerox got things started in the radio booth, alongside Besay himself. Both Sebastian and Michael give their insight on the NFL Draft and it wouldn't be a Michael Formella appearance without some of his usual hijinx (no, Chubbs Peterson wasn't drafted by the Ravens in the 4th round). Xerox and Big Al discuss the Red Sox punishments, updates on the various leagues and when they may return, and an interesting top 10 rundown of who they think will be the faces of the sports world over the next 10 years. To cap things off, they give a recap of what we all saw this past Sunday from The Last Dance.
