The mind that tries to know, control, manipulate and break apart, greatly distorts the cohesive manifacted whole that at our hearts we know we are, come from, yearn for and strive from to create meaningful relationships.
The simple heart exercise of Namaste helps us realign with our true nature, reconnecting to self to relate healthfully.
