Our guests remain anonymous due to the fact that assistants within the entertainment industry have very little power. Since the industry is predominantly word of mouth, assistants are afraid of speaking out and being deemed "hard to work with." By withholding their names, this podcast offers them a space to give their unfiltered takes and criticisms about the Film and Television industry.
