Today’s titles a little misleading I talk about facing your fears, but it’s not about facing your fears as in things that you are scared of like spiders. It’s more facing your fears of things that make you procrastinate like for example, talking about an emotional situation, and being scared of the outcome, so you procrastinate which limits your growth. It’s a little bit all over the place but I feel like I make a couple good examples in this morning’s podcast. I feel like whenever I go through something that involves me procrastinating out of fear. It brings me back to my most infant roots, and I feel like a child again because Why am I doing this at the age I’m at. I should really know better and that’s what today’s podcast is about. Good morning Ayoo Chill this morning we are talking about procrastination, productivity and reevaluating your relationship with “consumables”. I’m currently in Florida visiting friends, and working as your own boss, you must find the balance in between having quality rest, and breaks, and being able to function in between those at a high-level, while also learning and developing more of your traits and practices. Today’s topic was kind of random, but it was talking about doing new things which ended up divulging into a whole conversation of not caring what other people think about what you do. This could’ve turned into many different conversations, but today really focused on falling in love with what you do and balancing what it is to receive criticism and validation from people who consume the art, and or passion you produce. So basically not at all what I said in the beginning of the podcast which happens.
