    Navigating BFF Breakups Gracefully

    Navigating BFF Breakups Gracefully

Last week was about the art of professional breakups and this week we are diving into the signs and solutions for personal relationships that have come to their end. Understanding the theory of reciprocity in relationships is simple but applying that awareness in real time is far from easy when you justify the imbalance because of the amount of time you’ve known someone. If you’ve ever experienced consistent passive-aggressive behavior in a relationship with your BFF or other deemed close relationships, you’ll want to pull up a chair and tune in with full focus.
    Time Stamps:
00:00 Spotting and dealing with uneven, mentally taxing relationships.
06:55 Know your position and adjust to the situation.
08:38 How to read a room and communicate effectively.
11:43 Why it’s important to normalize paying friends for their work.
17:17 Manage your stress before you take a break so you can refuel fully.
20:42 Dealing with passive aggressive and condescending critiques.
22:41 Being clear about boundaries and expressing frustrations firmly.
25:35 Share with those you know can benefit.
