What does one night away mean to a mother with young children? For me, it meant recharging my batteries. But I wasn’t prepared for facing reality after my 24hrs of peaceful bliss was over.

We take an average of 20,000 breaths in a day. Today I discuss hitting rock bottom & finding 20,000 reasons to keep going.

This week I discuss how a combination of reading words on spiritual practice & utilizing NLP has helped me turn back towards the light.
