Who - Know your audience size, their depth on the subject, and their expectations
When - Know your time allotted and shoot for 10-20% less time to allow for Q&A
Why - Understad the purpose/objetive of the demos
What - Know the subject you are expected to demonstrate
Where - Determine if your demo is being delivered remotely in-person, the venue location, etc.
How - Understand the technology required. Zoom, recordings, mics, projectors, adapters and so on.
