    In the early morning hours of February 17, 1970, military police responded to an emergency call at the MacDonald family house at Fort Bragg. There they discovered the beaten and stabbed bodies of Colette MacDonald, the two daughters, Kimberly (5) and Kristen (2). They would also find one survivor, husband and father, Jeffrey MacDonald.

    On the 15th of February 1997, 13 year old Billie Jo Jenkins was found bludgeoned to death with an 18” tent peg in the picturesque seaside town of Hastings, East Sussex, UK.

    She had been home alone painting the patio doors when the attack occurred, her foster father Sion Jenkins later found her seemingly lifeless body in a pool of blood.

    In this first episode, we discuss the strange and rather personal circumstances which surround this unsolved case - including the troubling actions of Billie Jo’s foster father, and the whodunnit that surrounds the shocking death of a young girl who had gone through a difficult childhood and hoped to find safety and protection with the “perfect” family - only for it to end in her brutal and bloody murder.
