After a horribly long amount of time off, we have returned!! In November of 2020 we talked to the amazing folks at Dirty Oar Brewing in Cocoa Village. The episode was great, and the beer was even better.  As it tends to happen, life got in the way. The intent was to publish this episodes weeks ago. Long story short, my family was affected by COVID-19, and everything was put on hold. Not only did COVID halt season 2 before it could get rolling, but it messed with the release of this episode. Chris Hughes and Paul Hill were amazing guests and I feel bad that I was unable to give them the attention and the spotlight they definitely deserve. Todd Furbeck, the brewer from Hell n Blazes Brewing was an amazing cohost for this episode.  In short, they make great beer, and somehow, better conversation. Enjoy the episode, and we look forward to seeing on on February 13th in Cocoa Village at the 2nd Annual Cocoa Village Brewer's Bash!

This episode is going to be the finale of season 1. Coronavirus is going to make future episodes difficult, but have no fear, there will be a season 2.  

We sat down with Pete Anderson, the man behind the beer at Pareidolia Brewing in Sebastian, Florida. Pete was such a great host, and hopefully, we'll have some great content with him in the future. David and Joe carpooled up to Titusville for a great sit down session. The day started off with Aaron of Fat Drum brewing, and after that we sat down with Ron and Laura. We talked about everything from Disney beers, to 15% barrel-aged beer, to Umami. Playalinda has only been in operation for 5 years, but it has quickly become a standout in Central Florida. Grab a Key Lime Slice (beer), enjoy some shishito peppers, and enjoy the show. 

We sat down with Aaron Robinson, and talked about the trials and tribulations involved with starting a new brewery. These can include finding the perfect location, zoning, developing beer recipes, and also what to have on a food menu. Aaron is a member of the Army National Guard, an avid home brewer, and an all around nice guy. We wish nothing but the best for this brewery, and will document the build out process. 

In this episode Joe and David sat down with Dave Swartz. Dave is the owner of Coasters Pub, which has been the great beer destination in Brevard County for over 30 years. We talk about the history of the business, the history of Dave, and of course, beer. We even had a special guest, Troy Barfoot. Troy has been doing his part to bring great people and great beer together for many years. We all drank some Delirium in preparation for Coasters Pub's annual Belgian beer Fest.
