Even those who go onto a sustained pro career, over two-thirds of their working life will still be outside of playing. Disappointment, frustration and confusion are inevitable without any 'reality checks' in place. 'Dual Dream' is helping encourage young footballers to discover other passions and dreams outside of football - purposefully pursuing these things whilst striving to be the very best they are capable of becoming on the field.
