Today I sit down with Alicia and Josee from YWWL (Your Way Weight Loss)
They share their own personal stories with battling weight loss and gaining.
Now they are on a mission to spread awareness to others who struggle and setting them up for success with the proper mindset tools. Eating 3 Tim Horton meals a day plus donuts for snacks they ended up losing weight at the end of the challenge.
