Alyssa Gavulic is a gold star widow, grieving mother, psychotherapist, and counselor educator. She is a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist who also has her PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision from Liberty University. She is now the director of Crosspoint Counseling Center in Niceville, FL and practices as a psychotherapist, specializing in many areas. Her wisdom is shared with the articulation of a researcher scholar and advanced practitioner while still being conveying with the vulnerability and authenticity of being a wife who lost her Special Forces husband to a parachute training accident, a mother who lost her 2 ½ year old daughter to drowning, a sister who lost her brother to suicide and then lost another brother to homicide all within the 2 ½ year time period.
