    At just 22 years old, Marcelo Palomino has already left an indelible mark on the sport, representing the youth USA national team, gracing the pitches of Major League Soccer with the Houston Dynamo, and now, embarking on a new chapter in the Superettan league in Sweden.Marcelo Palomino is a 22 year old professional soccer player from Houston, Texas. He is currently playing for GIF Sundsvall in Sweden’s 2nd tier, Superettan. After spending his whole youth career with Houston Dynamo, and even making his MLS debut at 19 years old, Marcelo had a few untimely injuries that set him back in Houston. He went on to play one season with Charlotte Independence in the USL Championship followed by one season with Houston Dynamo’s MLS next squad. Marcelo refused to let adversity dampen his spirit. Instead, he viewed these challenges as opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Sensing the call of destiny and fueled by an unyielding desire to reach the pinnacle of European soccer, Marcelo made the courageous decision to pursue his dream abroad. He first signed with AFC Eskilstuna in Sweden’s 2nd tier scoring 5 goals and 3 assist in his first season abroad.     Johan Gómez is a 22 year old professional soccer player from Texas, currently playing for Eintracht Braunschweig in the 2nd Bundesliga. Having known he wanted to test his abilities in Europe, Johan ventured to Porto after several trials around Europe, eventually joining their u19 setup and B team one year after the other. A testing time for the young striker, who reveals some of his lowest and most humbling moments struck there. But it certainly didn’t stop the dream, moving to east Germany to join FSV Zwickau (and American coach and former guest Joe Enochs) in the 3rd Bundesliga. Two seasons, 6 goals in each, helped Johan get the move to the blue and yellow Eintracht Braunschweig. At just 22 years of age, the only limit is the sky.
