    HOLA my love!  In this episode, I talk about readiness. when I was 18 years old, I started seeing a therapist but did not get any help. I then saw at least 10 more therapists before I actually committed myself to healing and improving in different areas of my life. Why did it take me to see 10 therapists? simple, I WAS NOT READY!  To change, or to improve an area of your life you need to be ready and willing to do the work. How many times have you created any or multiple new years resolutions but did not achieve them?
