Great show for beginners

Interesting people explaining all aspects of coding and product development in plain english — they take the time to go through concepts and process to make sure people not used to the product development really get it.

If you already are a designer or developer, some things may feel like more of the same, but it doesn't really lessens the show — just look for episodes that are less within your expertise. The one on object-oriented design was superb for a newbie developer like me!
