Stephanie - CEO and Co-Founder of Nock Sustainable Wellness - joins us to discuss how her background inspired her to launch a holistic approach to health and wellness, her journey starting a company, and some of the hardships she faced. As Stephanie shares, her journey in creating Nock Sustainable Wellness was not about creating a fast fix for unsustainable weight loss but changing people's lives for the better.
