Report Cards + Joining the Canucks Bandwagon
Today we're giving the final word on the 2023-24 season by handing out grades to the coaching staff, GM, and players.
Plus we're praying to the hockey gods that our old buddies Elias Lindholm and Nikita Zadorov can take care of the greasebags from Edmonton in round two.
Finally, a quick check in with the ANHL Wranglers as they take game one against Coachella Valley on the backs of Dustin Wolf and Adam Klapka.
Go Wranglers, and see you in the 'Dome.

The 'Dallas Model' + more from locker clean out day
The boys cleaned out their lockers and headed their separate ways for the summer this past weekend as the Flames missed the playoffs in consecutive years for the first time since 2014.
We're breaking down comments from Mack Weegar, Blake Coleman, and others but really focusing on Craig Conroy's exit interview and his suggestion that the Flames will follow the 'Dallas Model'

The End is Near + The KuzmenkSHOW continues
The end is nigh. Andrei Kuzmenko and Nazem Kadri are giving us some entertaining hockey BUT boy...I think we are ready for the draft and off-season.

The Final Stretch (tank) Drive
We're breaking down another week in the loss column for the Flames as the boys suffered setbacks at the hands of the Anaheim Ducks, Winnipeg Jets and the greasy, no good, neckbearded Edmonton Oilers.
It's all in service of the tank though, boys. On the agenda today:
Our frustrations with the Connor Zary scratch and the lack of playing time for both Matt Coronato and Dustin Wolf Trying to figure out what Ryan Huska is aiming to accomplish with the late season roster decisions Enjoying Yegor Sharangovich's surprise 30 goal campaign Jumping on the Tij Iginla train (all aboard!)
Have a great week, buddies. Go Flames Go.

The Kuzmenk-show + what to watch down the stretch
Andrei Kuzmenko put on a show this as the Flames new look line combos seem to have sparked some chemistry between Kuzmenko, Marty Pospisil, & Nazem Kadri this week. Today we're breaking down where the Flames are at heading into the tank...errrr...stretch drive.
On today's agenda:
How Kuzy could be a very valuable piece for this team moving forwardBreaking down what we've seen from the new line combos (loving that Connor Zary, Matt Coronato connection so far)Looking at Brayden Pachal, Joel Hanley, and Daniil Miromanov's strong playThe surprisingly impactful season of Martin PospisilTij Iginla talk

Top 10 Pick SZN
Alright, boys. There's not a ton going on in Flames land these days. The season is pretty much over for all intents and purposes...so today we're breaking down what we'd like to see down the mostly meaningless stretch drive. We wanna see Matt Coronato, as much of Dustin Wolf as humanly possible, and how Ryan Huska is (or isn't) setting the table for next season.
Plus, we're looking at the future of Andrew Mangiapane, Jacob Markstrom, Rasmus Andersson and previewing what awaits the Flames in the UFA market in the off-season.
