After that, the boys take a brief glimpse into the world of Aubrey Huff, former 3-time World Series champion and current champion of divorced MAGA dads. Plus: the first ever editions of Boys on Phones, Boys on Polls, and the second ever edition of Boys on 'jols. 

After a week off the boys slap together a sloppy one in honor of the Dodgers' recent performance and the Angels' handling of removing Albert Pujols from their roster. 

We welcome our first guest ever, friend of the pod Yankees Geoff, to, you guessed it, talk Oscars. The boys go deep on the year's films, and then Geoff talks the Troubles (the Yankees' that is), provides a gorgeous firsthand account of watching Jeter's last at bat live at the stadium, and gives the boys a classic AL East trivia challenge. Also: Ryan comes up with a marketing pitch for the MLB, White Sox Peter gives a live update about an event happening outside his house, Jack and Giants Peter negotiate a bet, AJ forgets that Mohammad Atta already passed away, and ding ding ding our big bonus of the week: our first ever Michael Chiklis Corner.

The boys talk Y2K, the Iraq war, and more importantly, the legacy of Barry Bonds aka Jon Dowd. SF Pete regales us with a couple tearjerkers about meeting his giant hero, White Sox Pete talks Rodon's no-hitter, Jack goes off on Statcast nerds, AJ tells a depressing little league story and Ryan proposes a brand new theory on what it means to be a winner.

We give our takes on the two big controversial calls from the first week of 2021 baseball and try to decide which was worse. Also we talk about current and future rule changes and suggest a few of our own. Ryan tackles the controversial 'two bites you're out' rule recently implemented for the president's dog and gives us all an update on NBC's Kenan. Finally, we introduce a new little league segment that makes us reminisce about Halo and wonder if Harry Caray is finally able to play Halo in heaven and if so does he like it.
