As he contemplates life on the safe side of the ropes the Belfast born star also reminisces on some of the great nights of his career, and assesses where life will take him and his family now. 

In the final episode we go into the dressing room in the moments after Carl Frampton's retirement to hear the distress and the upset of defeat, as well as the bond of the team - led by trainer Jamie Moore - that brought the two weight World Champion to the brink of a third title. Together they look ahead to the future, and Moore reflects on his decision to throw in the towel and end Carl's career.
