What should be done to help those in a free society who are unable to afford the health care they need? No one wants their neighbor dying on the street because they lost everything paying for needed treatments, while at the same time, government programs have shown themselves to be inefficient in providing for those truly in need. In this episode of Insight to Action, I talk to Dean Clancy, Senior Policy Fellow at Americans for Prosperity, about safety nets.
