We are two childhood best friends, Morgan and Sam, who have a passion for reading that led to forming our own podcast. While Sam reads books with magic, weapons, and girls with supernatural powers, also known as fantasy, Morgan reads books related to romance, LGBTQ theme books, and on the odd day horror novels. We decided to start a podcast after realizing that we spent four to five hours on the phone just talking about the recent books we’ve read. This has allowed us to not only stay close as friends but for us to expand what we are reading.

    Firstly, Happy Pride to those who are a part of the LGBTQ+ community! Today, we discuss Wings of Life, a fantasy novel that has Morgan and Sam on different sides. We do want to thank Netgalley and Page and Vine for the opportunity to read this novel early for an honest review. About The Novel: They cast me off to Rihtlond as a bride.     EP227 Author Spotlight: Meghan Le Fay

    This week we had the pleasure of having Meghan Le Fay on the podcast discussing her debut novel The Wings of Life. We had so much fun learning about how she created this amazing world and even tested her knowledge on some famous pop culture dragons!  Meghan Le Fay hails from present-day Earth, despite her lifelong dream of being born as an elf in Middle-earth. A constant and consummate fan of fantasy, she lives, breathes, and dreams in the spidery language of the magic. Her works are inspired by her obsessions with mythology, medieval history, and all things magical and mystical—especially dragons. When not writing or daydreaming of other realms, Meghan can be found avoiding the Arizona desert heat through reading, crafting, music, or dance.
