In the 2nd of Rorys Volunteer Showcase Series he speaks with our Nutrition intern Terese. Within this podcast Terese discusses her time as a nutrition intern at Northumbria Sport, alongside giving some tips on nutrition and how this experience will help other people who are interested in the role. During Terese's internship she worked alongside industry specialists in order to create nutrition plans for students, she explains how she adapted to the changing envirionment caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic and the skills shes gained from this.
