Jeff Horner - Iowa Hawkeyes (2002-2006)
As a four year starting Point Guard for the Hawkeyes, Horner became Iowa's all-time assist leader and 3-point FG leader by the time his college career came to an end. He also earned Big Ten Tournament MOP in his Senior year. 
Jeff Horner and the Hawkeyes were often good, and sometimes great, but around the corner there always seemed to be another buzzer beater to punch them back down.
