Live In the Studio with Shelley Clarke The DIVA Revolution

Something a little different for you today as I invite Shelley into my “studio” to record a conversation with us both in the same room!
Shelley is a 2/4 Emotional Manifesting Generator with a throat centre lit up like a Christmas tree!
She is also my Cranio Sacral Therapist, friend, colleague, peer and past client. She and I only know how to have one type of conversation and that’s DEEP. This one won’t disappoint. We talk about the importance of allowing our bodies to FEEL, the meanings we make of words, how we store emotion in the body, the growth and expansion that motherhood brings and so much more. This is a long one so grab a cuppa and settle in, or if you’re like me this may take a few school runs in the car to complete.
Whatever your flavour make sure you listen and watch it all.
One last thing, I’m really sorry about this but unfortunately, the sound quality is a bit sh*t, we tested it out prior and it seemed good however on the recording my voice is louder than Shelley’s. I hope you can excuse this because it’s really a rich episode with so much goodness and juice.
