The management of locally advanced extremity soft tissue sarcomas require a multidisciplinary approach. Surgery remains the standard of care for cure, however, other loco-regional treatments including radiation and isolated limb perfusion as well as systemic treatments have been utilized to reduce local and distant recurrence risk.
