Minding the Net Eric Landon

Bill is the former president of Real Salt Lake from 2008 to 2015. He won the MLS Executive of the Year award in 2012 and 2014. He holds his USSF A License and was a former professional player with several USL Clubs before making his way into the front office with USL, MLS, NFL, NBA and CFL.

Regarded as one of the top and most successful executives in the game, he is currently the president of Toronto FC and the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League.

One of the longest-tenured players in the history of Real Salt Lake. Tony spent his entire career with RSL from 2008-2019. Tony Beltran was selected third overall in the 2008 MSL SuperDraft and made his official Major League Soccer debut on April 12, 2008. During his time with RSL he made 245 appearances, including 2 MLS Cup Finals. Now he continues that carrier with RSL in the front office as the Assistant GM.

Matt was hired by UYSA as the COO in September of 2019, he is no stranger to the youth soccer landscape and will help continue to grow the game just as he helped RSL become one of the top MLS Franchises.

He started with RSL in 2008 in the ticketing department focusing on bridging the gap between the Major League Soccer franchise and Utah’s local youth soccer clubs. He spent the next 9 years promoting through the department while growing these relationships within the youth soccer community and helping to give local kids opportunities and experiences at the Real Salt Lake, Real Monarch and Utah Royals FC matches. In 2017 he was promoted to Chief Ticketing Officer where he led his staff to two all time revenue record years for the 2017 and 2018 seasons.

Marley has been involved in the game at many different levels for the last 20 plus years. Currently he is the Director of National Leagues and Competitions for US Youth soccer. Prior to US Youth Soccer (USYS), Marley was the COO for Colorado Soccer Association and the commissioner of the Desert Conference.
