Monday Meditation- August 28 Live Free with Rebecca Packard

Hello wonderful world changers!
Thank you for joining us in this meditation! Take a few minutes to reset, regroup, and reground using meditation. In 2015 I found myself overwhelmed. The world around me seemed to be in chaos, with Water rights battles and Election overwhelm. My home was in chaos, I was a stay at home parent with a 1 and 2 year old at the time. I had been home, disabled for 4 years, battling constant pain from an injury and mentally struggling, I was now sitting still after 15 years of working in Emergency Medicine. Everything felt like too much. So I “hit the pillow” as they say and started a meditation practice. I had done meditation in the past and enjoyed it. However I hadn’t committed to daily practice. Now I was committing, I was dedicated to change and to a daily practice. I decided to stay consistent. To really make it a priority and you know what? It made a huge difference. I started to feel better, my husband could tell there was a change in me (and he could tell on days where I skipped). I knew other people could benefit from this so I invited others to join me. Here we are!
