He has spent the latter part of his career exploring why this problem has exploded in Western society while also uncovering what approaches help clients break out of it best. A fully remote coach, he has worked with clients from across the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. James has written a book on the subject, tentatively titled “Enough,” which he hopes will be published by next year.
