We started last week with one of the basics – being rooted in Christ. This Sunday, we continue our series with learning some basic key words as we go along our journey as followers of Christ.



As school teachers drill young students on basics like addition, subtraction and the alphabet, we should also learn of Christian living basics in order to establish firm spiritual building blocks to support our future growth.



The Apostle Paul’s letter to the Ephesians in our scripture for today emphasizes that salvation is only by grace through faith in Christ Jesus. As we listen to today’s service, may we be able to learn the key words that would help us better understand and appreciate this free gift that God is offering to us.
