Jim states that they are powered by the Bible verse James 1:27 Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.

Life Coaching - Young adults that have aged "out of the system" need help transitioning into adulthood. In this position you get the opportunity to mentor others who don't have anyone.
