Period Pain Oh, 4YOU!

Almost all girls with periods face this--period pain. Whether it be cramps or mood swings, we are definitely not the most fun people to be around during that time of the month. Kris and Katie talk about their experiences with their period, from the first day they got it to how they changed their lifestyle ever since (including LOTS of period horror stories).
