    This guided meditation is designed for beginners.

    Using the power of affirmation you will feel the body and mind becoming relaxed. If you are somebody who finds it hard to sit and meditate due to thoughts this is a great practice. Using the mental energy to fix on the affirmation of ‘Breathing in calming mind and body’ and ‘Breathing out calming mind and body’ allows you to come back to the present moment feeling relaxed and calm.

    This can be done laying down or in a comfortable seated position.

    This can be done anytime of the day to feel relaxed and at ease.

    Yoga Nidra is termed as ‘sleepless sleep’ because we learn to enter the  state between sleep and wakefulness which is pure awareness.   
    This practice is great for anybody suffering from stress, anxiety or  sleeping problems.   
    This is perfect to do just before sleeping for a goodnights sleep.    
    For best results use headphones and ensure you are laying down for  maximum benefits.  
    Feel free to make yourself as comfortable as possible using as many  cushions and blankets.  If possible choose to dim the lights and draw the curtains setting the  ideal atmosphere for relaxation.   
    It is NOT ideal to have a big meal just before this meditation.  Do NOT listen whilst operate heavy machinery.
