    You're Not Good Enough

    You're Not Good Enough

On today's episode, I'm talking about the perception of you feeling like you're not good enough. Whether you're a musician, an actor, a comedian, etc you've probably felt that you're not good enough. This episode may not be your cuppa tea however, I do offer some insight into why we may at times feel like that. My main aim for this episode is to motivate a little, so stick with me!

    QUESTION OF THE DAY:
My question of the day for you is, do you feel good enough? I want to know if you have ways to increase your focus and your motivation. What drives you? What demotivates you? Let me know!

    LAST WEEK:
Last week on Radio Therapy, I asked you if posthumous albums are appropriate. Tune in to today's episode to hear the outcome of that!

    Are Posthumous Albums Appropriate?

    Are Posthumous Albums Appropriate?

On today's episode, I'll be talking about posthumous albums. I think there's a lot to be said for albums that are released AFTER the artist has died. A few projects I'll be discussing are Michael Jackson's albums Michael and Xscape. Other releases include Biggie's Born Again and Duets: The Final Chapter, as well as 2Pac's Loyal To The Game, among others.

    QUESTION OF THE DAY:
My question of the day for you guys is, are posthumous albums appropriate? I ask because I see a lot of people who don't rock with posthumous albums and often they question the quality. So, let me know, do you enjoy these albums? Do you think they're appropriate to release once the artist is dead and has no say on the final product? What do you think?

    LAST WEEK:
Last week on Radio Therapy, I asked you if social media is bad for us. Tune in to today's episode to hear the outcome of that!

Social Media Is Bad For Us?

SOCIAL MEDIA IS BAD FOR US?
On today's episode, I'd like to discuss the negative effects of overusing social media. I'm not talking about a cheeky 5 minute browse. I'm talking about repeatedly opening apps, looking through the news feed, comparing ourselves to celebrities etc.

    QUESTION OF THE DAY
In your opinion, is social media bad for us? What are your thoughts? I'll be running a poll on facebook - click to vote Yes or No. Also, I'll be running a poll on my Instagram story too. So be sure to check that as well.

    LAST WEEK
I had a massive response to last week's question (Is Hip Hop Dead?) so tune in to today's episode to hear the final verdict!

    Is Hip Hop Dead?

    Is Hip Hop Dead?

    IS HIP HOP DEAD?
On today's episode, I'll be discussing whether or not Hip Hop is dead. We'll take a look at Nas' 2006 album Hip Hop Is Dead, the differences between the state of Hip Hop back in 2006 compared to now with the mumble rap era we're currently in and I'll also let you know my personal opinion.

    QUESTION OF THE DAY
Is Hip Hop Dead? That's my question of the day. What are your thoughts? Do you still think Hip Hop is dying? Is it still being kept alive in the underground? Let me know in the comments.

    LAST WEEK
Last week, I asked you guys if you still bought CD's. I ran a poll on my Instagram account and YOU answered. Tune into this episode to hear the outcome.

CDs vs Streaming: Do People Still Buy CDs?

Do people still buy CDs? For the pilot episode of Radio Therapy, let's discuss CDs vs Streaming. We'll be taking a deep dive into the statistics of digital downloads and CD sales in 2016 to 2017. I'll also be talking about Logic's next album YSIV (Young Sinatra 4) and how this will be his very last album to have physical copies.

    QUESTION OF THE DAY

Do YOU still buy CDs? If so, why? If not, why not? That's like, three questions but hey, the ball is in your court. Leave your comment below or feel free to get in touch via social media.
