She tells how not feeling good enough growing up drove her to fix and achieve things, and also contributed to her being an introvert, She tells how she finally started doing what was best for her health and how she gets to enjoy the life that she has today. Audrey tells how she suffered internal strife long before taking a drink, how a wedding in Malibu changed her perspective, and how her transformation was set in motion after.
