I discuss the events and media coverage of the shooting after the Kansas City Chief's Superbowl parade. While some are screaming for new laws, tens of thousands get away with violating existing laws and continue with crimes.  

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals slapped down the denial of an injunction againt AB2572, the ban on youth shooting sports and any advertising from the firearms industry that MIGHT have been attractive to minors. It is a victory in the process, however, more review and rulings need to take place. Moving at the speed of government.

In this episode I discuss how the media falls over themselves to report dramatic issues and numbers that are not true, however, nobody is checking the math. Some of it has to do with following the banter of their favored politicians and part is their moto to “be first”, regardless of the cost, or accuracy. They are falling for the “Blame the gun” narrative.

They can say the same, incorrect things, selectively handpicked,  over and over, however, they can’t make them facts.
