As a Royalties Relationship Manager at PPL, Terence breaks down how, when and if artists get paid royalties for the songs they've contributed to; from the friend in the back shaking a tambourine, to the singer performing the track. 

Terence touches on well recognised artists who don't have their business end sorted and are losing out on money, his real life VS ClubHouse interactions with different characters in the music industry, and what it takes to get into a role such as his and thrive. Also, Terence touches on alternative routes to take in being a part of the music industry, artists and their teams learning the business side to the industry, and how exactly you register your music to be paid royalties.
