S02E20: "Witness"

When Clark witnesses a shipment of refined kryptonite get stolen, he finds himself unable to stop the thieves. But when he connects the crime to one of Smallville's rising baseball stars,(It's Brad from Home Improvement)he learns the gang is using the kryptonite to give themselves augmented strength. Talk about juicin'!
Meanwhile, Lana's relationship with her father improves, but she learns that his wife is filing for divorce; and she is the reason. Tension between Chloe and Clark put their friendship in jeopardy, and Chloe finds herself in the orbit of Lionel Luthor. Curiously, the Torch is vandalised.
Did Home Improvement take place in the DCEU? What flavour is that Kryptonite vape juice? AEUHHH?!

S02E19: "Precipice"

When Lana tries to kick some drunk bro's out of the Talon, she is roughed up and threatened with worse. After Clark accidentally throws him into the windshield of the new sheriff's car, he finds himself in her crosshairs. Meanwhile, a former flame of Dr. Bryce ANSON-BUSHES her, and begins stalking her, and implies that Lex violently attacked him. After Dr. Bryce is assaulted after the sheriff fails to listen to Lex' warning, he takes matters into his own hands. Lana decides to learn how to defend herself, and uses her newfound confidence to help Clark get clear of the false lawsuit her attacker is threatening. 

It's the one with all the ambushes!

In doing so, he finds that Cyrus believes he has extraterrestrial origins, and desperate not to be alone in the universe, Clark is willing to keep an open mind. Meanwhile, Dr. Bryce moves into the mansion, but quickly finds a door her skeleton key doesn't open. Is it just a room for jackin' it? Was Cyrus an E.T.? When Clark starts doing some Kryptonian sleep-flying in his dreams, he decides to follow things up by using the ship key in the caves, and afterward, he can read the language on the cave walls. Lex becomes suspicious of Clark and believes he has more knowledge than he lets on. After Clark accidentally burns a glyph into the side of the barn, he is contacted by the reclusive Virgil Swann. Clark visits Swann despite his parents reservations, and learns where he is from, who he is, and later, his destiny on Earth! Best episode? BEST. EPISODE.

When Martha gets a lungful of that dank green while trying to hide the key to Clark's ship, Dr. Bryce does her best to find out what happened, as well as draw the attention of the DCA(CDC basically)who insist on doing a thorough investigation of the Kent property. When Clark greens out too, Chloe decides to tell him how she really feels…while he's unconscious. With Clark and Martha's lives on the line, DK pulls his sneaking suit out of mothballs to try to recover the key, hoping the ship can save them. 

Why does Lex have the key to Helen's office? Was a heavily secured army base really necessary to guard a bunch of farm stuff and Clarks spank towel? Where did Clark's blood end up? Kryptonite, not even once.
