It has been a long time since we have recorded or posted an episode. The world changed in 2020 and the podcast went on break. This is a quick come back. Hear us catch up and try to start out with this new chapter in our adventure to untangle the knot.

This episode has been in the making for years. On this episode, our good friend and head route setter at Planet Granite Sunnyvale, Adriel Rodriguez, joins us to talk about his passion for all things climbing. We talk about how he designs his own training, how coaching one sport translates to another, and what still drives his passion for Climbing after starting over 12 years ago. We were guests in a friends house so we decided to record an episode. This being our first episode of 2020 and our first episode in nearly a year of recording, we spent much of the time getting back into the swing of things. Hope you all enjoy it.

This was recorded in Febuary 2019 during SF Beer week. We talk about Zack joining the El Cap team and the new Belmont acroyoga class. Super exciting. Was supposed to be shared back then. Sorry for the delay.
