    Karole F. Lloyd is Vice Chair and Southeast Regional Managing Partner for Ernst & Young. For the last seven years, she has also served as a member of the U.S. Executive Board, Americas Operating Executive and the Global Practice Group at EY. Since taking the southeast regional leadership role in 2009, she has augmented the business with full-scale advisory and transaction consulting services. Under her leadership, the region doubled its annual revenue to exceed $1.3 billion. Lloyd also serves as the senior advisory partner for Delta Air Lines, WestRock and the Coca-Cola Company. Within the Atlanta community, Lloyd serves on the board of trustees and executive committee of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce; the United Way of Greater Atlanta and The Rotary Club of Atlanta. She supports many colleges and universities, including serving on the president’s advisory council and the board of visitors at the University of Alabama.

    Sam Williams is one of the nation’s leading experts on urban competitiveness. He ran the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce for 17 years and Central Atlanta Progress for two years. He continues to work at the intersection of business, government and academia through his consulting firm, Business City Partnerships, and as a professor at Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy Studies. Formerly he served as a partner and COO with Portman Properties, a global architect-development company, and as president of America’s Mart for 13 years. He has been named as one of Georgia Trend’s Most Influential Georgians every year from 1990­2014, and has received the Governor’s International Lifetime Achievement Award. A native of Tennessee, he is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School.

    Best known as co-founder of The Home Depot, Arthur Blank's growing portfolio includes the Atlanta Falcons, PGA TOUR Superstore, The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, Mountain Sky Guest Ranch in Montana and more. Blank and the Falcons, in partnership with the city of Atlanta and state of Georgia, are the private funders of the new Atlanta stadium, which will open in 2017. Blank is also dedicated to serving communities personally. The Blank Family Foundation has granted nearly $300 million to support early childhood development, education, the arts, and parks and greenspace. Blank serves on the board of trustees of The Carter Center, The Cooper Institute, and The First Tee.

    Chris Brearton serves as a partner in Latham & Watkins' entertainment, sports and media practice as well as the deputy office managing partner of the firm's Century City office. Recognized as a leading lawyer in both the entertainment and sports law fields, Brearton advises motion picture studios, independent producers, financial institutions, investment funds, television networks and sports organizations. He counsels clients in transactions ranging from the creation of strategic alliances and complex commercial licensing arrangements to project financing and industry-specific mergers and acquisitions. Brearton is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the LA Sports Council, as well as LA's Promise, a nonprofit organization transforming under-served communities by preparing every child in a South Los Angeles neighborhood to graduate high school. He is also a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Sports Lawyers Association. Brearton was formerly a certified public accountant with KPMG in Los Angeles. Brearton graduated from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a BBA in 1992, and from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1998.
