Podcast + book

Listening to the podcasts, Brendon showed something I did not even know existed. I had no idea that there was this term "High Performance." That's when I decided to ask for the book "High performance habits", and when I did the test, I felt very sad to realize that I had below-average results. But I kept reading the book and discovering concepts and behaviors that made me understand the difficulties I have in realizing my dreams. The sadness turned to gratitude, for I realized that now I know how to think and behave to achieve a life that represents me. And when I finished reading your book, I realized that it was a victory because it was the first English book I read. A simple and clear reading that directs how to think and feel before acting so as to get the best result for you and the people around you.
