Nancy played collegiate softball and she talks about how her playing days helped her transition to a coaching career.

We sat down with Coach Mike Abraham of North East Baseball. Mike shared some of his coaching philosophy as well as some of the qualities he looks for in a successful player. Definitely shared some motivation and a little bit about what he learned from his own experiences coaching and playing.
